Greenbank Medical Practice does not currently have an active Patient Participation Group (PPG).
We have made a number of invitations to our patients to establish a practice-based PPG; however, there has not been sufficient interest to form a group at this time.
Greenbank Medical Practice is part of a Primary Care Network (PCN), which has an established Patient Participation Group with representation from patients across member practices. The PCN PPG works to:
- Provide patient feedback to support service improvement
- Promote effective communication between practices and patients
- Support understanding of services available
- Inform the development of services based on patient need
The PCN PPG includes patients of varying ages and backgrounds who contribute to discussions about local healthcare services.
Patients who are interested in participating in patient engagement activities can contact the practice for further information about involvement at PCN level.
