This annual statement has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Code of Practice on the prevention and control of infections and related guidance). It outlines the arrangements in place at Leesbrook Surgery to prevent and control infection and demonstrates ongoing compliance with national standards.
The statement will be reviewed annually and made available to patients and staff upon request.
